@georgia @technolyze psyllium husk is pretty good as a low carb, high fiber substitute in baking recipes. they have it in the health section of whole foods

@georgia @technolyze this stuff is good for low carb diets. i use it to make egg pancake things that have a nice bread like texture but very low carbs
