Can we like... Stop making otherwise fairly universal hardware require some bullshit barely working software to customize trivial shit?

I don't want to have to download your fucking app (that requires my location and call history for some fucking reason) in order to turn off some LED RGB vomit on your product.

You're selling me the hardware.

@georgia Don't get me started on the shit I've had to navigate to not get my PS2 working. undocumented software that exists solely as a binary on a forum post from 20 years ago that outputs an equally obtuse file format that ofc doesn't work under wine
