I need probiotics or to start eating a load of oatmeal every day again

Go with the probiotics, but the good sort practitioners sell not the store crap. I got a stomach ulcer once off walgreen's pharmacy probiotics

@newmodel @georgia store-bought yogurt is better than nothing, but kombucha is also excellent.

Oh yeah you can make your own probiotic yoghurt culture but you really need to be on top of hygine or everything starts falling apart

@bleedingphoenix @newmodel the other good thing about oatmeal is you can put protein powder in it and it isnt inedible

@georgia @newmodel my family used to buy oats in a bulk bag and it'd last us months, you can make so many variations of it. cut apples and cinnamon, vanilla extract and cream, creamy peanut butter. you can get a ton of mileage out of it as a breakfast item.

@georgia I've found yogurt + fruit + chia seeds to be a good combination
