@georgia @genmaicha i think Nietzsche wrote something similar negative about tolerance.
you could see tolerance as the ability to not care about things which doesnt matter. like for an IT job it doesnt matter if the applicant is female, trans, gay, lesbian, black, white, straight, whatever.
it is difficult when people *think* something matters which doesnt. i believe it doesnt matter if 2 guys, 2 women or 1 man and 1 woman raise a kid.
but if someone believes this matters, tolerance goes against their belief.
love could be seen in supporting people, not matter of something is according to your premise or not.
like a homophobic neighbour still wants their gay neighbours to succeed when they raise a child. thats love to my understanding. and i can respect this much more than those who wish others to fail just to prove their own point.
