@georgia sola scriptura is kinda interesting to me albeit not something id say i affirm. by calling scripture infallible, which is what non-protestants would say the church is (they would say scripture is inerrant), sola scriptura makes the bible an authority in the most literal sene
@georgia infallible is for authorities (like the pope when making statements ex-cathedra as rome would say) while inerrant is just to say that wholly and rightly understood, it has no error. essentially, scripture alone is infallible is to say that the bible has authority over the church rather than the church has the authority as a necessary interpreter of the bible
