@manfromhuh i'm not terribly familiar with it and my stubborn ass wants to set up a forum in a way i'm used to so it's manageable

@kirby While that's a fair position to take, it's not that hard to set up on most distributions these days. Docker compose means that updating an entire application (or set of applications) is two commands.
But if you want or need a certain level of control you do give up some of that by using docker.
