@georgia @apophis yeah. they challenge some pretty fundamental stuff and they weren’t condemned as a strawman

@georgia @apophis i would also say that while “nestorianism” as practiced by the church of the east is fine from what i can find, nestorianism as condemned by ephesus and chalcedon is, and generally the impulse of trying to say that God couldn’t really be incarnate definitely is
