science agrees that the whole world is energy but will likely not for many years recognize inherent consciousness of which all things are comprised (energy is the potential/act of consciousness to vibrate and move), as consciousness is transcendental and not both empirical and transcendental like energy

consciousness, better called energy-consciousness, underlies all things. while at perfect rest this consciousness is mere witness (sakshi), but the potential for energy is still inherent in it.
