@Clover back leck angle depemds on pace and how much weight i'm carrying for me i think. Also stand with bent legs and my feet start complaining long before my muscles tbh.
Kinda wondering if i got used to that from when i was obese to put less load on my knees, but straightening them while standing feels cursed now
