The moon reversed refers to the cessation of irrational fear or paranoia replaced by clear thought. however the moon reversed also refers to you repressing emotions and being confused internally. The seven of swords reversed speaks of imposter syndrome, self-deceit, and keeping secrets-- and indicates that these exist despite your newly lucid outlook.
